Springfield Ave. Champaign, IL 61820 Total company years of experience: 2 Contact: Jessica Zizzo What we do: Clinical Massage Therapy, including but not limited to deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to reduce pain and soreness, range of motion techniques, myofascial techniques to improve tone and elasticity of skin and underlying fascia, and stretching as well as strengthening advice to assist client in the processes of healing, injury prevention, and general wellness. Some of the conditions I have successfully treated: Frequent headaches, piriformis syndrome, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, and more generally pain felt in any area such as the back or neck that is caused or aggravated by poor posture and muscular imbalance. What makes us unique: I have a background in Kinesiology and Physiology with an emphasis on physical fitness education.
